Use Geocaching to explore the city center of Bergen. Find as many post as possible, register and document your findings.
Pretend you are a time traveler going from our past to our present. Observe systematically. Then go 100 years further and do the same systematic observations.
Collect shapes connected to meals during the day.
Observe people in a public place
1. Use your mobilephone and record the whole way from one point to another.
Observe the rhythm of the city. Consider weather and time of the day.. Where do people go, what do they use, where do they hang out?
Pick a magazine or some other publication. Look through it, and stop when you think you have found the object or thing or anything that you find the most beautiful, harmonious, interesting, etc…in that publication.
Collect objects related to your master project everyday, on your way to school. Take new ways to school every time.
Observe expressions of people in a given area, at a given place. Observe patterns and common things of people with similar expressions.
Look at details through a binocular or by using tunnel vision, notice details at a certain place and collect the information.
Walk in nature with a headset, playing city sounds.
Consequent use of scale in every medium.
Choose 10 small objects that are relevant for your project. Make a minimuseum and write a text, poem or word connected to each object.
Examine a space. Look out the window, or sit outside.
Record your walks by drawing your route. Collect an item on your way. Catalog the walks with the drawing and object. What did you find? Did your walk dictate the object you collected?
